Visible differences include age, skin color, gender, ethnicity, and physical disability. Invisible differences can include personality, cultural background, education level, norms and values, sexual orientation, talents, ways of thinking, and so on.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interessant om te weten is dat onderzoek aantoont dat de zichtbare verschillen staan voor herkenbaarheid en het aansluiten op doelgroepen.
