A potential / development assessment has a two-pronged starting point, without directly checking whether someone is suitable for a certain position. On the one hand, we map out the potential of the candidate. What is his / her general ability to think, where is his / her potential power, how willing to learn is the person, etc. On the other hand, the development perspective looks at how certain skills can be developed from the potential present. Our starting point is to provide development advice that is as practical as possible and that people can actually use.
