Ypsylon HR Group is a national HR consultancy firm and was founded in 2001 by Mr R.A. Charmes. Ypsylon HR Group has experienced stable growth in recent years. There are currently branches in Groningen, Amstelveen and Den Bosch. This means we have a local presence in the regions of Northern Netherlands, Randstad and Southern Netherlands
Ypsylon HR Group consists of a team of professionals representing various areas of expertise, such as Recruitment & Interim, Assessment & Development, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Diversity & Inclusion.

HISTORY YPSYLON HR GROUP
2001
1 mei 2001: Ypsylon was founded by Mr R.A. Charmes at Splitting 7 in Drachten.
2003
Collaboration with business partners and hired our first employees
2007
1 okt 2007: Relocation of the office from Splitting 7 in Drachten to Stationsstraat 29a in Assen.
2008
Further specialization in career development and organizational development
2011
1 sep 2011: Son (Daniel Charmes) joined and set up recruitment expertise
2012
New Ypsylon corporate identity and website launched as a full service HR Consultancy business.
2014
1 sep 2014: Opening of a new office at Professor J.H. Bavincklaan 2–4 in Amstelveen.
2016
Professionalization and digitization of the family business.
2017
11 okt 2017: Establishment of subsidiary Ypsylon Interim Management B.V. to enable a stronger focus on interim management services.
2019
1 april 2019: Michael van den Berg joins as Managing Partner. As an A&O psychologist and specialist in the field of Diversity & Inclusion, he brings a lot of knowledge and skills and sets up the Development expertise.
2021
May 1, 2021: We celebrate our 20th anniversary.
October 1, 2021: Relocation of the office from Stationsstraat 29a in Assen to Leonard Springerlaan 35 in Groningen.
2023
October 1, 2023: R.A. Charmes transfers the company to his son (Daniel Charmes). The MT now consists of Daniel Charmes and Michael van den Berg
2024
April 1, 2024: Opening of a new office at Bruistensingel 400 in ’s-Hertogenbosch.
2026
