Ypsylon processes personal information about you because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Ypsylon processes your personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide services to you. This may include services in the context of Organizational Advice, Career Advice, Reintegration, Outplacement and Recruitment and Selection. In order to be able to perform our services properly, it is necessary for us to collect and store information about you.
- In order to be able to contact you if this is necessary in order to be able to carry out our services. This applies in particular to the Ypsylon Recruitment & Selection department. When you register in our database, we may contact you as soon as we have a suitable vacancy for you.
What personal data we process
Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Address details
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Other personal data that you actively provide in correspondence and/or during telephone maintenance, for example by uploading a CV on our website or if you provide information about your employment or absenteeism situation.
How long we keep your data
Ypsylon will not retain your personal information for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your information is collected. Our retention period is 5 years.
Sharing with others
Ypsylon will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it to the extent necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Ypsylon remains responsible for these processing operations.

Ypsylon only uses technical, functional and analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. We hereby ask you to blacken your passport photo and Burgerservicenummer (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. Ypsylon will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
